Newbie's Review: Affordable Eyeliners

For the past 2 years I have been using pen as my eye liner.  I just love how you can have the full control on the pen.  Like, you’re just holding a pen to write something on a piece of paper.  In addition to that, it dries quickly so you don’t have to worry about scattering it all over your lid.
For a student I would recommend WATERPROOF EYELINER PEN by ELF it will only cost you 130PHP,  it’s affordable. I would like to have it as a newbie makeup collector.  For natural look I would say brown would be good for that and for bold or more of intense eyes I would say black would suite to that.

Here’s ELF WATERPROOF EYELINER PEN

If you have extra money then I would recommend REVLON COLORSTAY liquid eye pen. It works really really well. I think it will cost you 500PHP or 600PHP

Here’s REVLON COLORSTAY liquid eye pen.
